Virginia’s profession ubiquitous is reminding residents to beware of scammers when they do their holiday selling and give to present this year.
Attorney General Mark Herring says online shoppers should compensate by credit label when probable and always make certain that a tradesman has a purebred earthy residence and phone number, among other things.
He’s also propelling residents to always buy present cards from creditable sources or directly from a store instead of purchasing it from secondhand or online.
Herring says Virginians should always determine that a present is purebred with a Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs. He says residents should never present money or use a handle transfer.
