Kim Kardashian has previously said she is “very content” with having two children, but the 36-year-old reality star has just hinted she would like to have a third baby.
In a preview from next Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim can be seen telling her mother Kris Jenner that she’s considering surrogacy following her difficult pregnancies with her daughter North West, now aged 3, and her 11-month-old son, Saint West.
“So I’ve come to the conclusion that I just want to explore surrogacy,” Kim says.
We’ll have to wait for the full episode to air to find out more details about the baby news, but judging by her mum’s reaction, Kim’s announcement was unexpected.
Weeks before she gave birth to her son Saint, Kim told Ryan Seacrest that her pregnancy was “miserable” and that it was difficult for her to conceive naturally
“I said this last time. I said I am done. Don’t ever make me go through that again,” Kim said in the interview. “I am so honest about pregnancy. I think sometimes [people] think I am ungrateful for being pregnant. It was really hard this time for me to get pregnant.”
She added: “How miserable it is, swollen feet and heartburn. It is the worst.”
However, despite her pregnancy troubles, it’s not the first time Kim has suggested she’s planning to have a third child with her husband, Kanye West. In an episode from Keeping Up With the Kardashians shown at the end of last year, Kim dropped the bombshell during a discussion about carrying baby weight with Kris.
“You have to remember that you’re making another human being and that you were able to really get in the best shape of your life after your baby and you’ll do it again,” Kris told Kim. To which Kim replied: “Oh, I’m not worried about after. I’m just thinking about number three. That’s where your body really starts to slip.”
Perhaps another little West could be on the way, after all.
