CLEVELAND, Ohio — You don’t necessarily have to be a kid to get a treat on Halloween, but you will need a costume.
Several restaurant chains are offering Halloween freebies or deals today. So, dress up your child as Baby Trump or pick up that David S. Pumpkins suit from the dry cleaners, a cheap taco or free donut await.
Here’s a roundup of the deals, though you do actually need to be a child for some of them.
Chipotle: Starting at 3 p.m., customers in costume can order burritos, bowls, salads or tacos for $3 each. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation.
Krispy Kreme: Stop in any freestanding Krispy Kreme store in costume for a free donut of your choice.
Sbarro: Show off your costume and get a free slice of cheese pizza with $5 purchase.
IHOP: Kids 12 and under can get a free Scary Face Pancake from 7 a.m.-10 p.m. Costume not required.
Chuck E. Cheese: 50 free tickets for kids in costume.
Baskin-Robbins: Get a scoop of ice cream for $1.31. No costume required.
Cici’s Pizza: Kids 10 and under in costume eat free with purchase of adult buffet and drink. (1 free meal per adult purchase)
Dickey’s Barbecue Pit: Kids in costume eat free with an accompanying adult.
