Grab your quills, wizards. Moleskine is making note-taking a truly magical experience with a Harry Potter-inspired collection of notebooks.
The collection includes two journals. The “Expecto Patronum” references the iconic incantation wizards use to protect again Dementors, and this notebook comes in burgundy and features Harry’s Patronous, a stag, on its cover. (To protect us from writer’s block, we hope.) The second notebook is called the “Marauderer’s Map,” recalling the enchanted parchment Harry is given in The Prisoner of Azkaban. The notebook, like the magical map, is covered with (unmoving) footprints and the iconic phrase “I solemnly swear I’m up to no good.”
“While fantastic beasts, flying broomsticks, spells and wizards born from the imagination of J.K. Rowling are brought to life on paper and on screen, with this Limited Edition Collection they will kindle your imagination and accompany you on your everyday exploits,” Moleskine says on its website.
The notebooks also come with Potter-themed stickers. And as a heart-tugging shout-out to Harry’s parents James and Lilly, the notebooks contain “J” and “L” designs.
Moleskine hasn’t revealed how many Galleons the notebooks will cost, but Muggles can buy them for $24.95.
And unfortunately for dark wizards looking to turn one of these diaries into a Horcrux (coughTomRiddlecough), Moleskin will only selling them for a limited time.
